Welcome to 1847’s riff on the all-purpose flour. Made with a blend of hard red wheat and soft red wheat to create a perfectly balanced protein level for everyday baking. This buttery smooth bodied flour has sweet notes of nougat and subtle notes of Brazil nuts that will complement muffins, pancakes, cookies and even your yeasted breads. Just like all 1847 Stone Milling flour, it is made without fortification, bleaching agents or levelers. The bright colours of the wheat results in a light colour flour reminiscent of a vanilla wafer.
