Spun Out Honey – Ontario No. 1 White Wildflower

Raw and unpasteurized, our Spun Out honey is harvested from Ontario wildflowers and gently bottled to preserve its natural enzymes, floral aromatics, and golden clarity. This is Ontario No. 1 White grade honey – light in colour, clean on the palate, and smooth in texture – ideal for everyday sweetening in baking or savoured by the spoonful.

This honey comes directly from the hives on our farm, where we keep bees to support pollination for our farmland, nearby orchards, and the surrounding wildflowers. It’s a small but essential part of how we care for the land through natural cycles.

We do not heat, blend, or filter this honey beyond what the bees provide. It naturally crystallizes over time, a true sign of unpasteurized quality. To return it to a liquid state, gently warm the jar in a water bath – avoid microwaving.

Once the honey is gone, the tall 1 kg glass jar makes an excellent sourdough starter jar.
