Hearty Khorasan Pancakes

This hearty pancake has hints of carrot cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Khorasan Flour (Spooned)
  • 1 cup oatmeal flakes
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  •  1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat griddle to medium heat
  2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in separate bowl
  3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Mix well!
