What you need:
2 cups 1847 Stone Milling Daily Grind
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 cup Butter (melted)****
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg + 1 egg Yolk
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
****HINT: melted butter makes a chewy cookie. If you want a crispy cookie use room temperature butter.
The Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper
2. Mix 1847 Daily Grind flour, salt, baking soda in separate bowl and set aside
3. Thoroughly mix melted butter, sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla
4. Add flour mixture to the wet butter mixture. Mix until just combined. Add Chocolate Chips
5. Spoon out cookies onto a cookie sheet
6. Bake for approximately 15minutes until the cookies appear to lightly golden
