Red Fife Shortbread Cookies



  1. Heat oven to 275 degrees F
  2. Cream butter and sugar throughly
  3. Add Red Fife flour and rice flour (blend first with spoon then with hands until very smooth)
  4. Chill dough in fridge for a few minutes
  5. Take out of fridge and knead for a few minutes
  6. Roll to 1/2 inch thick
  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until cookies are light brown
  8. Enjoy!
