- Heat oven to 275 degrees F
- Cream butter and sugar throughly
- Add Red Fife flour and rice flour (blend first with spoon then with hands until very smooth)
- Chill dough in fridge for a few minutes
- Take out of fridge and knead for a few minutes
- Roll to 1/2 inch thick
- Bake for 35 minutes or until cookies are light brown
